In a bid to outline the roadmap for his vision of a developed India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has released the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) manifesto for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, focusing on the guiding principles for "Developed India".

**Awaiting BJP's 'Sankalp Patra'**

The entire nation eagerly awaits the BJP's "Sankalp Patra" (manifesto), as it holds a significant reason behind it. Over the past decade, the BJP has firmly anchored every point of its manifesto as a guarantee on the ground. This "Sankalp Patra" empowers all four pillars of developed India—youth, women, the poor, and farmers, stated the Prime Minister during its release.

**Key Points from the Manifesto**

1. **Firm Commitment to Economic Growth:** The BJP has promised to bring momentum to India's development with China, Myanmar, and Pakistan. "We will bring technical solutions to the fore to make India progressive," states the manifesto.

2. **India's Economic Power:** The manifesto guarantees that India will become the third-largest economic power. "Within a decade, we have propelled India to the fifth-largest economic power from the eleventh position. This became possible due to correct policies, centralized actions, and compatible schemes," it says.

3. **Citizenship Amendment Law:** The BJP has pledged the implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act.

4. **Uniform Citizenship Law:** The manifesto promises the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code. "Uniform Citizenship Organization: Section 44 of the Constitution lists the details of the Uniform Civil Code. The BJP believes that women will only gain equal rights, and the Bharatiya Janata Party has reaffirmed its position to create a Uniform Civil Code based on the best traditions and harmonize them with modern times," it states.

5. **One Country, One Election:** The manifesto assures that the country will adopt the "one country, one election" policy. "We have formed a committee to examine the issues of simultaneous elections and work towards implementing the recommendations," said PM Modi.

6. **Strengthening Educational and Health Institutions:** The BJP is committed to strengthening institutions such as IITs, IIMs, and AIIMS. "We will continue to improve institutions through focused financial support, capacity building, modernization, and funding for specialized research," reads the manifesto.

7. **Free Electricity for Poor Families:** Under the 'Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana' (Free Electricity Scheme for Poor Families), another significant commitment was to provide free electricity to poor families.

8. **Empowering Women:** The BJP pledged to establish hostels and creches for women in industrial and commercial centers to increase women's participation. Additionally, it promises to expand health services to enable women to live a healthy life. These services will focus on preventing and reducing cases of anemia, breast cancer, cervical cancer, and osteoporosis.

9. **Expansion of Ayushman Bharat Scheme:** The Ayushman Bharat scheme will include all senior citizens and provide them with free and quality healthcare.

10. **Increase in MSP for Crops:** The BJP will periodically increase Minimum Support Price (MSP) for crops. "We are providing financial assistance under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. We are committed to accumulated financial support for our farmers," it states.

11. **Inclusion in Social Security Schemes:** The BJP promises to include auto, taxi, truck, and other drivers in all social security schemes.
